woops! I thought I sent this about 4 days ago! hah

ok I have a solid beta version working!

c4punish - CTF game play mode add on to punish players who use C4 or
Claymore mines near the main base flag.

C4PUNISH is available now and works with DCON/CTF 0.2. (but has not been
widely tested beyond my dev server)

I don't have a dedicated DCON CTF server at the moment to test it on
publicly, so if any of you are interested let me know, I would love to
play on your server. We'll be putting up a dedicated CTF server soon.

If anyone is interested and has a chance to check it out please let me
know if you have any problems.
