[bfprog] Fragalyzer

There are (as far as I can tell) two components to Fragalyzer:
1. There's a Python module included with the server code (Battlefield 2
Server/python/bf2/stats/fragalyzer_log.py) that causes game statistics
to be dumped to a log file. Comments in the module say it can be turned
on with a console command, but the command doesn't work. You *can*,
however, "hotwire" the code so that it turns on by default (although
then you can't turn it *off*, since the console command doesn't work).
2. There is apparently an unreleased piece of software that reads those
log files and turns them into very detailed graphical displays of game
statistics. A few websites described this software and shown some
screenshots:

but, to my knowledge, it hasn't been released by DICE yet, and can't be
downloaded from anywhere (yet).
