Not much in there that would enforce people to not build a logging
mechanism that rivals EA's own ranked stats.

This section specifies that you cannot commercially exploit an product
or 'tool' that derives of their products.

However an global stats system does not emply an 'server emulator'.

the pb EULA is not relavant in this context

Maybe EA has some more EULA files because these files do not forbid the
setup of an centralized stats / rank system.
About the ingame presentation of ranks / stats / unlock weapons, it's is
a disputal point which if EA wants they can forbid because they own the
rights to do so.
